The wheels both froze and will not turn. There are no replacement parts until September.

Best purchase ever! I can now walk erect and can walk distances with comfort.The seat is also just the right height. It feels very sturdy and secure. Plan to keep this one at home and buy a second one to keep in the car.
Cane is fine. I borrowed one from a neighbor for a couple of months, so I knew this is what I wanted. I've written twice with a follow-up question, and I still haven't had a response.
excellent but the arms on the chair are too short and it has a clicking sound i'm trying to get rid of -- related to the right wheel, but nothing is touching it...
