Ordering Questions
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders are quickly processed for shipping, so once placed, they cannot be cancelled. Items can be returned within 30 days; information on our return policy can be found HERE.
How do I know if my order has been received?

Do you charge sales tax on orders through your website?
At this time, we are required to charge sales tax for deliveries to many US states. If sales taxes are mandated to be collected in your state, they will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
How much do you charge for shipping + how can I receive free shipping?
We charge a $7.95 flat rate ground shipping charge on all orders less than $50.00. Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping. For customers in Hawai’i or Alaska, shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Which carrier do you use to ship out products?
Currently, we partner with FedEx.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we can only ship orders to a street address.
How long will my order take to get to me?
You can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Our delivery process does not request a signature.
